Daily monitoring of the system
The centre monitors the installed alarm system, which sends daily alerts via telephone for problems such as power outages, low batteries, telephone line failure, appliance failures and loss of communication.
Documented information
Informs immediately, in order of priority, the responsible persons in case of damage and in case of an alarm signal in a documented and detailed manner. Detailed information is demonstrably very important for the separation of false alarms from real burglaries.
Panic button activation
In the event that the user activates the panic button from the remote control or the keypad, the signal receiving centre receives the signal and immediately follows a specific protocol for dealing with the situation.
Forced disarmament
In the event of a user activation of the forced disarming code (disarming under threat), the receiving centre receives the signal and follows a specific protocol to deal with the situation immediately.
Notification of the police
Our centre will, if necessary, immediately inform the police in case of an alarm signal. All calls are recorded.

GPRS ensures uninterrupted communication between the alarm system and the signal receiving centre, regardless of the operation of the power, internet or telephone line.
